A project she likens to her 2009 film Humpday, described as an improvisational type of production, Lynn Shelton‘s eighth feature film in Sword of Trust comes during a creative spurt that saw the filmmaker work in …. count them, a whopping thirteen TV projects since 2014. Filming on this micro-indie took place in May with players Michaela Watkins, Jillian Bell, Marc Maron, Jon Bass, Toby Huss and Dan Bakkedahl.

Gist: Based on a screenplay by Shelton and Mike O’Brien, this is an ensemble comedy.

Prediction: Premieres category or could even be slotted for the NEXT section. SXSW or Tribeca are in contention as well.
